How to submit an offer:

Must include:
    - Offer (all we need is the amount you're offering and we will handle all of the paper work)
    - Proof of funds
    - Personal name or entity name for deed

Best and final offers are due Thursday by noon! We will notify you by 2pm on your offer. If your offer is the highest, Atlas Homes will handle the paperwork.

Buyers pay both Seller and Buyer closing costs.

Earnest money deposit of $1000 is due within 24 hours of signing Buyer Agreement.

We have an assignment of contract with equitable interest in this home. Do not contact seller or attempt to market this deal as your own. Buyer must be willing to close quickly with cash or similar commercial lending. Buyer is responsible for all items left in the property.
